Privacy

This page explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: nothing is tracked unless you say yes.

Who is responsible

Bytflow, vl. Ivo Jerković, Ilica 71, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 89830956942. Write to ivo@bytflow.com about anything on this page.

Analytics, only if you accept

If you click Accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. It counts visits, which pages you open, where you came from, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country and city), and clicks on "Book a 30-minute call".

  • It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> to recognise a returning visit.
  • Google may process this data in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • If you click Reject, nothing from Google loads.
  • You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page.

The site also keeps your choice (accept or reject) in your browser's local storage, so it does not ask again.

Booking a call

The booking buttons open Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). When you book, you give Cal.com your name, email address and the time you pick, and I receive them to hold the call. Cal.com's privacy policy applies there. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Email

If you write to me, I keep your email and your address to answer you and, if we work together, for business records the law requires me to keep.

Hosting

The site is delivered by bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). To deliver pages and protect the site, its servers process technical data such as your IP address in short-lived logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, for a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to ivo@bytflow.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP.
